Al-Barkaat Public School was victorious against A.B.K Union
School by 8 wickets in the final match of the cricket tournament organized by
Hamza Cricket Academy at the ABK Union School Playground, Aligarh. Noman Azhar was the Man of the Match in this
final match. The school played four matches to enter the final.
The first match was played against Lucknow. The second
match was won by 03 wickets in which Faraz was the Man of the Match. The third
was played against Ayesha Tarin Public School and won by 08 wickets. The Man of
the Matches was Noman Azhar. The fourth match was the Semi-Final which was
played against Lucknow. The school won it by 04 wickets. Sufiyan Lari was the
man of the match. Faraz was adjudged the Best Bowler of the tournament.
Kudos to the school for bagging the trophy. The
felicitation ceremony was also organized by the school in the morning assembly
in which certificate and mementos were given out to the winners. On this occasion
the girls who participated in the Athletic Cluster Meet held in Ghaziabad along
with the girls who won first prize in the Inter School extempore debate
competition in M. U. College were also honoured.
The President Al Barkaat Educational Society Prof. S. M.
Amin, Vice President Mr. S. M. Ashraf, Joint Secretary Dr. Ahmad Mujtaba
Siddiqui and Coordinator Dr. F. U. Siddiqui congratulated the students on their
tremendous achievement of becoming district champions.
The Joint Secretary Dr. Ahmad Mujtaba Siddiqui Said, “the
overall personality development through sports and other activities is a vital
part of education.”

Rashid, CCA Incharge, Mr. Mahtab Ahmad, Mrs. Nadira Ahmad, Incharge of Athletics
Team, all the teachers, the cricket, athletic and debate team along with
students were present on this occasion.
