Al Barkaat Public School
(+2) Organized Special Assembly On The Occasion of Independence Day
The serenity derived from Independence is incalculable. Its
very aura is full of ecstasy and excitement. Experiencing this essence of Independence,
the students of Al-Barkaat Public School contributed to intensify their
patriotism by organizing different spectacular programmes.
The tiny tots of the Primary and the Nursery sections held
an Independence week from 8 August 2016 to 13 August 2016. Many histrionic
programmes including patriotic songs, motivating speeches, inspiring skits etc.
enriched the atmosphere with the fragrance of the upcoming Independence Day.
Little children looked adorable as Mahatma Gandhi, Subhash
Chandra Bose, Anne Besant and other. Patriotic songs were sung and the stories
of the heroic deeds were narrated. The week was filled with memories of the
past and pumped with the hopes of the future. In the time of these celebrations,
the senior students added up the charm by holding special assemblies which were
solely dedicated to the purpose of evoking patriotism and ideal citizenship
among the students. On this occasion the
Principal, Vice-Principal and the Headmistress addressed the assembly and urged
the students and the faculty to make the day purposeful and relevant to the
present times. Unity in the diversity, tolerance, equality and democracy should
be preserved as the important constituents of modern India. The celebrations came to conclusion with the emergence of a new desire
of getting an ideal and dreamy India.
